Big Girls Don't Whine!

I started a Bible study with some girls from church. We are reading "Big Girls Don't Whine". How amazing it is to get other women's perspective on life's joys, trials and changes. Thanks for letting me be a part of this great group. I remember several discussions we had last week, but one phrase stuck out to me. "If you're going to pray about it, don't worry about it. If you're going to worry about it, don't pray about it". Isn't it funny how we can't seem to give our worries to God when we really should?

Heath and his baby

Will you just look at this? Heath is so attached to Amy and I think it so cute. She is such a love bug and wants to be hugged and kissed on all the time. Wait, was I talking about Heath or Amy? Just kidding honey. LOL! We have had our baby (56 pound baby) for a little over a year now and couldn't imagine our lives without her. She has brought so much joy!!

Happy Valentine's Day !!!

Oh my goodness, couldn't you just eat them up???? Well, okay I am partial but come on! Here are Austin and his cousin Taylor. Jason, Leigh Ann, Taylor, Heath, Austin and I went to grab some lunch together on Valentine's Day. We had fun talking and catching up while the kids enjoyed each other as they played video games!

January Birthdays

What a fun day we had celebrating Holly and Aunt Betty's birthdays. Here we all are: Dad, Betty (Nana), Holly, Aunt Betty and me in Birmingham a couple of weeks ago.

PJ Party - Ladies' Night

Wynn Life Group ladies looking our very best in our comfy PJs. Thanks to Cindy for hosting this fun night. It was great to laugh and fellowship with all of you ladies, not to mention all the tasty comfort food we ate. I am so thankful for you all. Good times...think of this night and giggle...Anyone up for a spray tan? We must do this again soon!

Flag Football Begins...

Well, we have played soccer, basketball and Austin thought it would be fun to try flag football. Here are a couple of shots of one of the Falcon's games. They have suffered inclimate weather and a few losses, but he really has been enjoying this experience. It's funny, this is the only instance where Heath will pull for the Falcons! We only have a couple more weeks and it will end, but soccer cranks up soon!

JOAN'S 60TH BIRTHDAY PARTY

JOAN'S 60TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
Larry & Joan - What a great night. This was Joan's birthday and all of her family and close friends came to celebrate her. We all love Joan and her gentle and generous spirit. Michelle Miskelley (her daughter-in-law) provided an awesome tribute to her with a wonderful slide show with music, funny quotes and tons of memories of her childhood all the way to the present. I know my Mom was enjoying this night too; a great view from heaven I would say!
